The delivery charge is dependent on the total weight and size of your parcel. The weight (without packaging) of items is shown in your shopping cart (except for items which are not yet in stock). 

To see estimated delivery costs, add the items to your cart and proceed through the checkout process. Before you are asked for any payment, you will be given a list of the different delivery options that are available to the country you wish to ship your order to. 

UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

No guarantee of same day dispatch, we aim to send parcels within 48 hours of payment being taken. If you would like a particular service only, please let us know using the 'Delivery Note' section when placing your order. 

Same-Day Dispatch (Weekends Excluded)

Orders placed before 4PM (UK Time) Monday - Friday qualify for Same-Day Dispatch. Orders placed after 4PM are not guaranteed to leave us on the same day of orders being placed but will leave us no later than the next working day.  

For any orders to outlying areas in the UK could incur a delay of up to 2 days. 

If you would like a particular service only, please let us know using the 'Delivery Note' section when placing your order. 

(Please note that if you have chosen a Digital Fitting service with your order, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch. However, it will be sent on a next day service once the fitting has been completed.)

Free Delivery

Any orders placed with total item value over £175 at despatch qualify for free delivery. (UK mainland Only. Excludes outlying areas including Scottish Highlands and Offshore islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and Channel Islands) 

Curbside Pickup

You can place a "Curbside Pickup" order with us, for collection at one of our new lockers situated at 17 Montague Road, Widnes, WA8 8FZ. Find out more about this, HERE

We require a £4.00 deposit for this service, which will be refunded on your card after you collect your order. 

Curbside Pickup orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours. You will receive a booking email when your order is ready to collect. 

When you come to collect your order, please bring with you the code from your booking email. This is required to access the keysafe and open your locker. 


Trunk Shipping

The “Hattons Trunk” service enables you to pay for & “secure” items - and have them held at our premises. You are able to freely add further items to your “Trunk”, including pre-orders which can be set to "Add to trunk when it arrives & notify me via email".

This service is also useful for overseas customers, to combine items that arrive in stock at different times into one order and save on postage costs! Find out more about the Trunk Service here.

International Postage Rates

International parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail, Interlink or DHL. Please click here to view our Taxation rates.

Please note that we are unable to send any liquids overseas due to security risks. 

All overseas shipping options are cost based on the weight and value of the goods ordered. The Royal Mail standard Airmail service does not have tracking number or signature requirement. Signed for Airmail services are typically £3.50 extra per parcel, tracking is only available while the parcel is in the UK and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please note in the event we cannot ship your parcel using the service you have chosen, we will contact you and let you know. 

To see delivery cost estimates, add the items to your cart, proceed through our checkout pages and you will be given a list of the different pricing and delivery options available for the country you want your parcel shipped to. You do not have to complete the order, or transfer any payment to be able to see this information.
