Our 4 Step Process

Step 1
In order to make sure that we are able to assess your items as quickly as possible, we advise you to download and fill in one of the template forms found below, as these have been designed to allow you to provide all the information we require to give you the best quote possible.


Once you have made your list, you can send this to us by the following options:

Alternatively if you would like to drop the items off at our store, you can book an appointment below. We will evaluate the items and be in touch with an offer within 48 hours (Monday - Friday):

Step 2
Our experts will review your list of items giving you a value based on the information you have provided

Step 3
If you are happy with our offer, we will then arrange for your items to get to us. To make this process as easy as possible, we offer various methods:
  • Drop the items off in store
  • Drop the items off at one of our designated collection points
  • Request a courier to collect your items
Please note that due to the cost of the courier, we are not able to offer this service on smaller collections.

Step 4
We will review your items and if everything matches the descriptions your provided we will make payment to you using your preferred method:
  • Store credit
  • Bank transfer
  • Cheque
  • Cash (in store only)
